I got my
trigger on Friday, which was surprisingly fast since I only ordered it
on Wednesday. Thanks for the speedy delivery. I don’t ordinarily do
things like this because I figure you should get what you pay for and no
further communication is necessary as long as what you receive is as
advertised, but I’d like to tell you what I think of the trigger I
received from Spec Tech.
I had expected
it to be pretty nice, as I had heard some very positive word of mouth
recommendations from people who had experience with your triggers. As it turns
out it was even nicer than I was expecting. I had to do just a tiny bit of
fitting by removing a little metal so the safety would function properly, and I
mean just a tiny bit of metal. After that everything worked great. The safety
actually worked better than it did when the rifle was right out of the box. I
was impressed with the complete absence of creep or over travel and the trigger
breaks as clean as I could possibly ask for. I’m sure this is no surprise to you
but it was to me for a trigger so reasonably priced.
Anyway, just
wanted you to know how much I liked the trigger. If I buy another Ruger rifle
you will be shipping me another trigger. Tim B.

I recently ordered a Spec-Tech trigger from you and was received within a few days. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one. I called your company and talked to Mike, early last week. After we talked he determined that I had received the wrong trigger and told me he would immediately send me the correct one (the one with the green card), at no extra charge. I received it (again, in a few days) and after a minimal amount of fitting, installed it. It works great ! I'm returning the original trigger per Mike's request. I will share this most rewarding experience with all my shooting and hunting friends. This kind of customer service is rare in this day and age, and I greatly appreciate it. Sirs; I recently received and had installed your Ruger M77MKII Adjustable Trigger. At the time of my order standard triggers were back ordered and you forwarded me one with sear adjustment. After my smith installed this trigger, we were both amazed that it broke at 1 lb. 12 oz. ALL THE TIME, in fact it breaks like an icicle. My friends on the firing line had tried my new trigger and all were impressed. Thanks for a good product at a very reasonable price!
